Clinical Supervision
Purpose/Goals:
- Discuss supportive supervisory practices
and effective supervisor-staff relationships
- Describe how to use self-awareness,
collaboration, reflection and flexible responses as tools to manage
stress and build trust among your staff
- Identify common issues among and between
clinical supervisors in the Help Me Grow system
- Discuss the features of effective
supervision, documentation and quality assurance in a home visiting
program

Attendance is highly encouraged for all Clinical Supervisors and
Project Directors.
